Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Level2B you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Level2B.

2. Acceptable use policy

You may NOT use Level2B for:

  • Spam: unsolicited mass emailing to random recipients
  • Illegal activities: phishing, fraud, malware distribution
  • Misleading content: false information, impersonation
  • Harassment: intimidation, threats, discrimination

Violation leads to immediate account suspension without refund.

3. Fair use limits

Each plan has quotas (leads, emails per month, users). If exceeded:

  • We will contact you first about an upgrade
  • No immediate service interruption
  • In case of abuse: throttling or suspension

4. Account responsibility

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • Keep your password secure
  • In case of a security breach: inform us immediately at security@level2b.com

5. Payment and refunds

Trial

  • 14 days free, no credit card, no obligations
  • After the trial you choose whether to continue

Paid subscription

  • Monthly billing, automatic renewal
  • You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds: we do not refund partial months
  • Downgrade possible — the new plan takes effect from the next invoice

6. Cancellation policy

  • You can cancel at any time via your account settings
  • No notice period, no fees
  • Service remains active until the end of the paid period
  • Your data stays available for 30 days for export

7. Intellectual property

  • Your content: you retain all rights to your leads, emails and templates
  • Our software: Level2B code, design and branding is our property
  • Feedback: if you provide feedback we may use it to improve the product

8. Service level and availability

  • We aim for 99.9% uptime
  • No guarantee of uninterrupted service (maintenance and outages may occur)
  • We communicate planned maintenance via email and our status page

9. Liability limits

Level2B is provided "as is". We are not liable for:

  • Lost revenue from missed emails or campaigns
  • Data loss (always keep your own backups)
  • Third-party service outages (Gmail, Calendly, etc.)

Maximum liability: the amount you have paid in the last 12 months.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Significant changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes will be submitted to the courts in Amsterdam.
