Level2B (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Level2B application accessible at app.level2b.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service. Please read this policy carefully. By using Level2B, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account. This information is used to create and manage your Level2B account.

2.2 Google Gmail Data

With your explicit consent, Level2B accesses your Gmail account to provide core email functionality. We request the following Google OAuth scope:

  • gmail.modify — This scope is required so that Level2B can:
    • Read your email messages to display email threads related to your leads
    • Send emails on your behalf using your outreach templates
    • Track email open status and manage email thread labels
    • Mark emails as read/unread within the Level2B interface

We only access the minimum email data necessary to provide these features. We do not access emails unrelated to your Level2B outreach activities. We do not sell, share, or use your email content for advertising purposes. We do not use your email content to train machine learning or AI models.

2.3 Lead and Business Data

You may import or create lead information, notes, templates, and meeting data within Level2B. This data is stored securely and is only accessible to you and authorized users within your account.

2.4 Usage Data

We collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, features used, and session duration to improve the quality and performance of our service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Level2B service
  • Manage your account and provide customer support
  • Send and track emails on your behalf through Gmail integration
  • Display and manage your leads, meetings, and outreach activities
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send service-related notifications
  • Detect and prevent fraud or abuse

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encrypted data storage and secure authentication. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
  • Row-level security policies ensuring users can only access their own data
  • Secure OAuth 2.0 authentication via Google
  • Regular security reviews and updates

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following cases:

  • Service Providers: With trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating our service (e.g., Vercel for hosting, Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for database and authentication). These providers only receive data necessary to perform their functions and are bound by their own privacy policies.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process
  • Protection: To protect the rights, property, or safety of Level2B, our users, or others

6. Google API Services User Data Policy

Level2B’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

In accordance with the Limited Use requirements, Level2B:

  • Only uses access to Google user data to provide and improve user-facing features that are visible and prominent in the Level2B application’s user interface
  • Does not transfer Google user data to third parties unless doing so is: (a) necessary to provide or improve user-facing features visible to the user, (b) necessary to comply with applicable law, or (c) part of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale with prior user consent
  • Does not use Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising
  • Does not allow humans to read Google user data unless: (a) we have the user’s affirmative agreement, (b) it is necessary for security purposes (e.g. investigating abuse), (c) it is necessary to comply with applicable law, or (d) the data is aggregated and anonymized and used for internal operations

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services.

  • When you delete your account, we will delete all your personal data, including any cached Google user data, within 30 days
  • You can revoke Level2B’s access to your Google data at any time via your Google Account permissions page. Upon revocation, we will stop accessing your Google data and delete any cached Google data within 30 days.
  • Data may be retained beyond 30 days only where required by applicable law

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data stored by Level2B
  • Correct inaccurate personal data
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Revoke Google API access at any time through your Google Account settings
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

9. Cookies and Local Storage

Level2B uses essential cookies and local storage for authentication and session management only. We do not use tracking cookies, third-party advertising cookies, or analytics cookies.

10. Children’s Privacy

Level2B is not intended for use by children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 16, we will delete that data promptly.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of Level2B after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
